What You'll Do
* Be the local point of contact for our office in Zurich for IT user requests
* Assist the information technology department in Zurich with the local implementation of IT equipment
* This includes setup, maintenance and troubleshooting for: Computers, video conferencing systems, audio visual presentation equipment, printers, and Mobile devices
* Support IT-related tasks connected to our office move in Geneva

What You'll Bring
* Completed initial education (apprenticeship or Maturität/maturité)
* You like to work with technology and have relevant experience with the Microsoft environment and Apple Mobile devices
* Interest in acquiring new knowledge and skills in IT
* Very good knowledge of English and German
* Ideally you are currently studying computer science, technology, media & information or a similar subject

Who You'll Work With
You will work at our Zurich office, which has around 500 employees and closely collaborate with our 3-member IT team in Zurich and 1 in Geneva. Our work environment distinguishes itself through an open feedback culture, diversity, and respect for the individual
