Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain backend components with heavy SQL and database interaction
* Own and optimize complex queries, data models, and data processing workflows
* Perform data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and performance
* Collaborate directly with customers to clarify requirements and analyze issues
* Work on legacy systems while driving incremental modernization and performance improvements
* Troubleshoot across application, database, and data layers
* Contribute to design decisions and take technical ownership of assigned areas
* Operate effectively in a high-pace environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines
Technical Environment
* Oracle DB, SQL, PL/SQL
* Java, JEE, Spring/Hibernate
* Data migration tools and ETL workflows
* Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
* Large-scale, mission-critical airline systems

Required Profile
* Strong software engineering fundamentals with senior-level experience
* Deep expertise in relational databases and SQL
* Experience with data-heavy or database-centric systems
* Ability to work with long-lived and legacy codebases
* Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with customers
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership in a dynamic environment
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work in multicultural teams
