About the opportunity

* Complete restaurant activation processes
* Escalate and follow up on potential technical issues during the opening phase with relevant teams
* Conduct onboarding sessions and provide tool training for new restaurants
* Inform and coordinate with cross-functional and vertical teams regarding other blockers that may impact the opening process

What you need to be successful

* Strong communication skills with restaurant partners, with the ability to build trust and manage expectations effectively
* Strong training and onboarding skills, with the ability to clearly explain processes, tools, and activation steps to new restaurants
* Basic understanding of operational KPIs (e.g., AHT, SLA) and performance targets
* Ability to identify, escalate, and follow up on technical and operational issues during activation and opening phases
* Ability to follow SOPs and work within structured operational processes
