Sales Technical Support Intern - SMB Infrastructure

We are looking for an Engineering or Technology student to support the SMB Infrastructure Sales team.

What You Will Do

* Support sales representatives with technical and administrative tasks.
* Assist in basic server and storage configurations.
* Create and follow up quotes and sales opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics.
* Track prices, approvals, and opportunity status.
* Work with internal teams (sales, presales, pricing, operations).

What We Are Looking For

* Engineering or Technology student (Systems, Computer Science, Electronics, Industrial, or similar).
* Interest in IT infrastructure and sales support.
* Basic knowledge of servers and storage (nice to have).
* Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.

Nice To Have

* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM tools.
* Previous experience in sales or technical support.
* Basic technical English.
