What You'll Do
Support and assist the payroll team in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro offices with the:
· Support benefits administration (inclusions, exclusions, vendor communication, tracking);
· Assist with documentation control and organization of payroll-related files
· Provide support and respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits matters;
· Support payroll and benefits onboarding activities for new hires;
· Monitor and manage internship contracts, including documentation control, renewals, amendments, and deadline tracking
· Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy of personal, contractual, payroll, and benefits information;
· Organize and maintain employee files, ensuring proper documentation, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
What You'll Bring
Education and experience:
· Ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields.
Skills and attributes:
· Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English and full proficiency in Portuguese (reading/writing/speaking)
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: emphasis on Excel and Power Point.
· Strong organizational skills, strong rigor and strong attention to detail
· Professional approach to time and deadlines
· Ability to recognize and maintain highest levels of confidentiality
· Team player with the ability to adapt in a changing environment
