Your role

Are you interested in starting your career in the financial industry and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment?

We are looking for an Intern to join our RTA (Registrar and Transfer Agent) team, where you will support the Investors team in managing shareholder activities and capital movements of offshore investment funds. Your main responsibilities will include:

* supporting the Investors team in handling shareholder requests
* assisting in the processing and monitoring of capital movements of offshore funds, including subscriptions, redemptions, dividend distributions, and capital returns
* supporting the analysis and monitoring of payments to fund service providers
* assisting in tracking and controlling revenues within the offshore fund structure
* interacting with external portfolio managers and fund service providers
* contributing to daily operational routines and controls related to investor servicing

Your expertise

* currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields
* srong interest in financial markets, investment funds, and the financial services industry
* advanced English (written and spoken) is required
* strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* ability to work collaboratively in an inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives
* analytical mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn
* knowledge of Python and/or VBA is desirable
* availability to work on-site in São Paulo
