What you'll build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP's global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it's the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

About the team:

The Cash Collections Brazil team, part of the SAP Global Finance Success Center, is responsible for managing outstanding receivables and improving cash flow performance.

As an intern, you will actively contribute to operational and analytical activities that support the reduction of Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and enhance customer engagement.

What you'll do:

* Manage and monitor accounts receivable (current and overdue invoices)

* Contact customers to ensure timely payment

* Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies

* Issue and distribute collection letters

* Prepare account statements and reporting

* Escalate blocked cases when required

* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Billing, and Accounting

* Identify process improvement opportunities

What you bring:

* Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field (maximum two years before graduation) - mandatory

* Fluent written and spoken English

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Customer-oriented mindset

* Ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous exposure to Accounts Receivable or Finance areas

* Spanish language skills
