What We Need Looking for a summer internship with a highly dynamic, entrepreneurial company? Seeking a rewarding summer experience that will stand out from the crowd? Corpay is a leading global payments and financial services firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA. We invite you to join our 8-10-week paid summer internship program for rising juniors and seniors. How We Work As an intern you will be expected to work in an in-office environment reporting to our Toronto office location. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace at our Toronto office location Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities This full-time internship will involve working directly with our graphic and multimedia team, along with other members of the Marketing team to support the delivery of effective marketing and sales support material, social media and multimedia assets, responsibilities include: Creating multimedia graphics including videos and/or animation, illustrations, brochures, web pages, email templates, and more Supporting the company's overall branding strategy, adhering to existing guidelines while using a high level of creativity, intuition, and perspective Executing the design and visual concepts for new collateral and initiatives using an array of graphic design and multi-media tools and software Taking ownership of assigned marketing projects from an execution standpoint Working productively with the Marketing team to provide support and brainstorming for inspiration Other duties as assigned by the Senior Graphic Designer or Multi-Media Designer She/he will be supervised, participating in meetings, stand up meetings when possible, and connect 1:1 with her direct supervisor. Additional supervision will include: Setting expectations and goals throughout the duration of the internship Honing her skills and knowledge regarding strategic growth and how it applies to the function of our business Give quality feedback based off her ideas and suggestions regarding her internship projects Team mentorship Qualifications & Skills Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in the area of Graphic Design or Multimedia Student entering year 2 to 4 of a post-secondary program Experience with graphic design software; Adobe Creative Cloud strongly preferred Demonstrated academic portfolio showing creativity and software skills Ability to multitask, always keeping customer needs at the forefront Ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team, providing support to other Marketing team members to improve consistency, but be flexible enough to work well independently Maintains technical knowledge by staying on top of trends Ability to work effectively either as part of a project team or independently Excellent project management, attention to detail, multi-tasking and time management skills Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer Corpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Pay Transparency This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly range is $25/HR CAD - $27/HR CAD.
