团队介绍

Inno Panel 是罗技 C4C 硬件工程团队中的一支创新小组，专注于探索面向办公与游戏场景的下一代用户体验--通过快速迭代的 PoC（概念验证），把用户尚未被满足的需求转化为可验证的原型。
我们以周为节奏推进项目，而不是以季度衡量进度。我们专注、被信任，去创造下一个未来。

岗位介绍

你将同时扮演两个角色：一名真实的罗技用户（因为你本身就是游戏玩家），以及原型软件部分的动手开发者。你将主要基于 Logitech 创新快速原型平台（Logitech Innovation Quick Prototyping Platform）进行开发--这是我们内部使用的工具集，可在几周而非几个月内搭出可运行的 PoC。你的游戏直觉决定我们要做什么；你的代码帮助我们把它做出来。
你将会：
* 被问到 "什么是对的感觉" 的次数，与被问到 "技术上能做什么" 一样多
* 编写 原型代码 来验证一个概念，验证完就投入下一个想法
* 看到真实用户体验你参与做出来的东西--并把他们的反馈带回到下一轮迭代

主要职责

做用户
* 把真实玩家的视角带入团队讨论--覆盖 多个游戏品类，其中 FPS《三角洲行动》（Delta Force）是必备--讲清楚现有外设做对了什么、做错了什么、以及不同玩法下"配置"到底意味着什么
* 协助 UX 负责人在真实的中国游戏场景中识别并梳理 未被满足的需求（必须覆盖 FPS；优选 MOBA、MMO、赛车/模拟、手游、主机游戏等品类）
* 参与用户测试--既作为测试的执行者，有时也作为被测试的用户
搭建原型 - 软件部分
* 基于 Logitech 创新快速原型平台搭建每个 PoC 的软件部分--熟悉平台的组件模块，需要时进行扩展，快速交付可运行的原型
* 与 SW + AI 工程师协作开发原型软件--桌面应用、主机端工具、AI Agent 集成、演示脚本
* 用 JavaScript 编写简洁可运行的代码，把原型硬件包装成用户真正能上手体验的东西
* 协助为 PoC 加入数据采集--日志、埋点、简易仪表盘
快速迭代
* 把用户测试中的观察转化为下一版原型--尽量在同一周内完成
* 记录什么有效、什么无效，让团队的认知持续累积
* 协助维护一个可复用的原型组件库，团队成员都能调用
跨学科协作
* 与硬件工程师（固件、电子、结构）每天紧密协作，让软件在真实的原型板上跑起来
* 与 UX 专家共同设计与观察用户测试

任职要求

* 在读 计算机科学、软件工程、电子工程、游戏设计或相关专业的本科或硕士--寻求入职前实习机会的在校生
* 软件开发能力（必备）--能够独立用 JavaScript 编写、调试并交付可运行的代码
* AI 辅助编程（必备）--你已经在主动使用 AI 编程工具加速自己的工作。你知道如何写好 prompt、什么时候该相信输出、什么时候要质疑、以及如何把 AI 生成的代码整合进自己的项目。本团队的迭代速度依赖于此
* 多品类深度玩家（必备）--你长期游玩 多个游戏品类，《三角洲行动》（Delta Force）是必玩，最好还涉及 MOBA、MMO、赛车/模拟、格斗或沙盒等品类。广度 很重要
* 对游戏外设充满热情（必备）--你对游戏鼠标、键盘、耳机、手柄等外设有大量上手经验和明确观点；能清楚表达一款设备在特定品类中"对"或"不对"的原因
* 可在 苏州 现场办公 4-6 个月，最好能全职出勤（每周至少 4 天）
* 充满好奇心、行动迅速、敢于交付"粗糙但能跑"的东西--我们看重学习速度，胜过对成品的打磨程度

加分项

拥有以下任意一项都会让你脱颖而出--都不是必须，但每一项都是有力加分：
* 游戏开发经验--哪怕只是 Unity、Unreal、Godot 或自研引擎上的小项目
* AI 折腾经验--你用大语言模型 API 做过东西（聊天机器人、Agent、RAG、语音助手），训练或微调过小模型，或在项目中集成过计算机视觉
* 硬件折腾经验--Arduino、树莓派、ESP32、客制化键盘或类似的 Maker 项目
* 竞技或直播背景--天梯排位、电竞战队、Twitch/B 站直播、Mod 社区贡献等
* 开源活跃度--有公开的 GitHub 个人项目，哪怕规模不大
* 多外设使用经验--你横向对比过不同品牌、不同价位的鼠标、键盘、耳机、手柄，并能清楚说明每款想改进的地方
* 中英双语能力--中英文读、写、说均流利
