​1​、​在​校​大​学​生​，​酒​店​管​理​、​旅​游​管​理​相​关​专​业​，​有​志​在​酒​店​行​业​发​展​的​实​习​生​；​ ​2​、​具​备​良​好​的​服​务​意​识​，​热​情​、​主​动​、​有​耐​心​，​乐​于​与​人​沟​通​；​ ​3​、​热​爱​服​务​行​业​，​具​有​良​好​的​顾​客​服​务​意​识​、​亲​和​力​、​沟​通​技​巧​和​团​队​合​作​精​神​；​ ​4​、​具​备​良​好​的​团​队​合​作​精​神​，​学​习​能​力​，​能​够​适​应​快​节​奏​的​工​作​环​境​；​ ​5​、​基​本​的​英​语​沟​通​能​力​者​优​先​。​
