This segment of clients is exciting and requires a best-in-class partnership to achieve their business aspirations. With your efforts and contributions, this will become one of the highest-performing and most fun Growth Accounts Sales teams around! You should have a real passion for helping small and medium businesses succeed, have very strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly analytical, resourceful, client-focused, and team-oriented.
A good understanding of performance advertisersʼ market strategies and their success measurement tactics Industry research, consolidation analysis, and regular delivery of organized insights to support sellers in growing their book of business Capable of translating granular data into business insights and being articulate, enabling the sellers to uncover business opportunities Seasonality analysis across multiple overseas markets and build out business insights to help sellers to prioritize opportunities Work with other team members on other key projects.
Experience in project management, independently or as a key leading member with groups. Strong business acumen Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage internal and external data sets to complete assigned tasks Willing-to-learn attitude and self-motivated.
General understanding and passionate about the digital industry, especially digital ads. Any experience with that is highly preferable. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in Chinese and English. Capability for handling multiple tasks and talking with multiple stakeholders. Bachelor's/Master's student in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising preferred
