Job Description

The Officership Training Program (OTP) is BPIs premiere management training program that equips high-potential individuals with management and leadership skills. It provides a deeper understanding of the Banks products, services, and business operations to fit and transition readily into entry-level management positions.

OTP Schedule

* February 16, 2025
* March 16, 2025

To be eligible for OTP, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Active involvement in extracurricular activities
* Demonstrated leadership roles within the university or other relevant organizations
* Attained a strong academic track record
* Majoring in Finance, Business, Management, Economics, or other related fields

By meeting these qualifications, individuals can pave their way towards a successful career in the banking industry through the OTP, acquiring the necessary skills and experience to thrive in managerial positions.
