Creator Management Project Intern (E-Commerce) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

The Creator Management team supports and scales our Influencer and Celebrity creator portfolio for ByteDance eCommerce. We work with cross functional partners to drive creator growth through data driven planning, performance tracking, and smooth campaign execution. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. You will work on short cycle, high impact projects that build your skills in analytics, reporting, and presenting insights in a fast paced environment. In this role, you will support end to end creator lifecycle management, including onboarding support, performance monitoring, issue tracking, and post campaign insights to improve growth and retention. You will learn end to end e-commerce and live performance measurement in a fast paced environment, including data storytelling and process improvements. Responsibilities -Support ByteDance eCommerce analytics by maintaining trackers, cleaning and validating data, and monitoring performance vs targets. -Generate actionable insights and summaries for campaigns and weekly business reviews, then present results clearly to stakeholders. -Maintain and improve weekly trackers and dashboards for creator, creator managers and campaign performance (for example Live GMV, sessions, penetration, pacing vs target). -Support planning and analysis for campaigns including pre and post performance evaluation. -Assist with data extraction, cleaning, reconciliation, and QA to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports. -Create clear weekly insights and executive summaries, highlighting key drivers, gaps, and recommended next steps for stakeholders. -Support other ad hoc analytics tasks, process documentation, and basic research for creator prospects or opportunities

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Analytics, Statistics, Math, Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related course - Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, INDEX, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, charts, basic data validation) - Comfortable handling and processing large datasets (cleaning, reconciliation, QA checks, identifying anomalies) - Analytical and detail oriented, with ability to translate numbers into clear insights and action items - Strong communication and presentation skills, able to build and deliver simple, well structured decks and confidently present updates to stakeholders - High ownership and bias for action: proactive in spotting issues, proposing solutions, and driving tasks to completion Preferred Qualifications - Strong presentation skills: can build concise decks, tell a clear story from data, and confidently present to stakeholders - Comfortable in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities, able to deliver accurately under tight timelines - Curious and innovation minded: enjoys improving trackers, automating repetitive work, and testing better ways of reporting - Familiar with e-commerce or creator and live streaming metrics (GMV, orders, conversion, traffic, sessions, pacing vs target) - Exposure to BI or analytics tools is a plus (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) and basic SQL or Python is a plus - Strong stakeholder management: responsive, organized, and able to work across multiple teams smoothly If you have any questions, please reach out to us at apac-earlycareers@bytedance.com
