Recruiting Intern

You will support the full recruiting life cycle, from candidate attraction to offer, while working closely with recruiting team members and client service professionals.

Your responsibilities will include candidate support, interview coordination, resume screening, and supporting employer branding initiatives such as recruiting events and social media content creation, alongside various administrative tasks and recruiting projects.

You will work in our Helsinki office, supporting our Helsinki and Copenhagen recruiting teams. Our team focuses on attracting, assessing and hiring top talent to meet the strategic hiring needs of our offices.

Your work provides practical recruiting experience and opportunities to build your professional network and develop strong organizational and communication skills.

This is a six-month, full-time fixed-term position, with some flexibility to work reduced hours if required due to studies

Requisiti del candidato:

* Master's degree student or recent graduate studying Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Creative thinking with strong organizational skills
* Exceptional service orientation
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to perform well under pressure and handle ambiguity
* Flexibility in working hours
* Fluent level language skills in Finnish and English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills
