Join us as Customer Business Development Trainee (5-month)

Reports to: Customer Business Development Lead
Location: Helsinki, Finland

JOB PURPOSE
In this role, you will work closely with Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams, supporting account planning, forecasting and promotional execution. You will play a visible role in how we turn insights into actions and plans that deliver growth. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to commercial planning, forecasting and customer collaboration in a fast-moving FMCG environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensuring the customers will get support with their questions related to product availability and coordinating matters
* Answering questions related to product information
* Resolving issues related to the pricing process
* Supporting account planners and KAMs (Key Account Managers) in daily tasks related to sales

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Strong interest in sales, customers and commercial topics
* Analytical mindset and confidence working with data
* Proactive, structured and eager to learn
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
