* Contributing to external growth projects, financing transactions and internal reorganizations

* Supporting the Group's corporate governance activities, including the drafting of powers of attorney and authority matrices, preparation of Board meetings and other corporate governance bodies, and drafting of related minutes

* Advising and supporting internal stakeholders, including executives, operational teams and support functions, while coordinating with external legal advisers, lawyers and auditors

* Conducting legal research on corporate law matters and contributing to a monthly legal newsletter

* Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the Group's legal database

* Contributing to the digital transformation of the Legal Department, including the integration of artificial intelligence tools into day-to-day legal practices

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
