This IEFP internship is your chance to go beyond theory and actually experience what working in HR and Finance feels like, inside a team that's shaping what comes next.

⚡ What you'll do (depending on the path above):
* Jump into real team projects from day one (no "intern-only" tasks):
* Empowering HR processes namely drafting contracts, preparing onboarding documentation, assisting with medical appointments, etc.,
* Optimizing our financial reporting through expenses validation, accounting reconciliations, etc.,
* Help keep things running smoothly from systems and tools to employee lifecycle processes and cost tracking,
* Work with data: clean it, analyze it, and use it to support decisions (whether you belong to HR or Finance),
* Collaborate across teams (yes, you'll meet a lot of people),
* Bring ideas to improve processes, tools, or ways of working and see them being considered.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

🎯 Who you are:
* Recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's) in one of these fields:
* HR/Psychology/Sociology/ Languages,
* Finance/Economics/Management / Accounting,
* Registered in IEFP,
* First professional internship,
* Speak English like a pro,
* HR track: French fluency is a must (oui, c'est obligatoire!).
* Curious, proactive and organized,
* Team player… but also autonomous when needed.
