Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS
You meet again our Trade Support team within the Global Market Operations (GMO) department who is looking for a IT Dev Commando - Trade Support Equity Market / Global Securities Financing / Fixed Income, for an internship of 6 months from of April 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Maintenance and optimization of our current tools used in the course of our daily activities.
* Development of tools to automate operational tasks (controls, etc.)
* Construction of SQL queries in order to query and retrieve extractions from our Sophis/Summit FO systems etc...
* Contribution to the implementation of Lean Management in the Trade Support teams
* Production of reports/indicators following the deployment of lean management in teams either under VBA or Python.
* Review of processes to improve our efficiency and reduce our operational risk (make flow charts, process optimization...)
* Participation in workshops to define needs and draft functional technical specifications
* Development of administration and use procedures for the different tools

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the BAC+5 level, you are preparing a university degree, from a business school or an engineering school with a specialization in Engineering or Computer Science.

You master office tools.

You have experience in proximity developments (Python, Visual Basic Access / Advanced Excel with class method, use of APIs, connection to databases (ODBC, Powerquery...), formulas).

You have the ability to analyze and investigate, to be autonomous, and to manipulate and appropriate data.

You know some SQL language and data visualization tools (Microsoft PowerQuery) will be greatly appreciated.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
