Job Description

You join the team Vendor risk management who is looking for an intern for a duration of approximately 5 months fromApril / May 2026.
Integrated into the VRM team, you will benefit from the experience and support of your colleagues, which will allow you to develop and strengthen your skills in project management and professional communication (oral and written).

The content of the internship may be adapted according to the context, priorities and skills/ expertise of the candidate.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Manage communication as part of a tool migration project: prepare the materials presenting the new tool, the functionalities, the deployment schedule;
* Manage communication around Vendor Risk Management topics: creation of FAQ, PPT supports, ;
* Participate in the presentation sessions of the materials with the VRM community;
* Ensure the publication of information on the Purchasing/ Supplier Risk Management intranet;
* In addition to these missions, you will be able to support within the team to take charge of cross-functional work (answering questions from the community, organizing events, various presentations...).
All these communications will be in French and English.
