Description

Within the Global Business Development department, the intern will have the opportunity to build his/her skincare category knowledge and international business acumen, closely working with the global, regional and local affiliate teams. The following is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities:
International Business:
Manage global distribution database and coordinate new distribution opening with the regional and local teams.
Support commercial relationship & order management with key account in APAC to ensure commercial excellence and target achievement.
Consumer Engagement Marketing:
Coordinate global trade marketing operational planning in partnership with all regions including launch timing, distribution, sampling, offline and online events and media activity.
Support the go-to-market needs partnering with markets and Global Marketing.
Business Intelligence & Reporting:
Analyze the monthly performance of the brand with a specific focus on local high traffic moments and new launches
Monitor key consumer KPIs (Business performance, recruitment, retention, repeat rate; plus, hero product launch strategy) that are set and continually optimized across the year.

Qualifications

Business school student (or equivalent) with previous experience in business development. Recognized for your business acumen, curiosity, and solution-oriented mindset.
Able to thrive in dynamic environments and contribute proactively to projects
Strong knowledge of Asian and Chinese social media ecosystems
Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
Strong communication abilities, including impactful presentation skills
Full command of English and Chinese (French is a plus)
