Internship Opportunity: Startup & AI Operating Model @ ZEISS (f/m/x)

Your role

We are looking for a curious, hands-on intern for 6 Months to support the development of a ZEISS startup initiative with a strong focus on AI - It's not just about using a few AI tools, but designing ways of working where AI increasingly takes over parts of day to day execution.
* What you'll work on:
* Supporting the setup and development of a ZEISS internal startup approach
* Contributing ideas on how to define guardrails for "Startup @ ZEISS"
* Supporting the design of an AI first Operating Model
* Bringing in fresh perspectives, challenging existing approaches, and actively shaping new structures

Your profile

* You are currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor's or Master's)
* Ideally, your studies include a focus/specialization in Entrepreneurship, AI, Innovation, Startups, Digital Transformation, Business/Tech, or a related field
* Strong interest in startups, innovation, and corporate entrepreneurship
* Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and digital transformation
* A structured but creative mindset - you like to think big and make things concrete
* Proactive, hands on attitude and confidence in sharing ideas
* Very good communication skills in English
