Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Finance digitalization & automation: Support the implementation of automations, Tableau Dashboards and improvements in recurring controlling processes
* GenAI / LLM use cases ("talk to your data"): Support identification, testing, and prototyping of GenAI use cases in controlling (e.g., Q&A on finance data, automated insights)
* Data & tool maintenance: Ensure accurate project data by maintaining R&D projects in tools and databases; support planning/actuals data quality
* Analyses & month-end support: Support month-end closing activities and prepare regular and ad-hoc analyses and presentations for stakeholders

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Education: Enrolled in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or similar
* Skills: Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with GenAI/LLMs, Tableau (or similar), Github Copilot, N8N, KNIME, SQL, or Python is a strong plus
* Personality: You are a self-motivated individual and show critical thinking with an ambition to stay ahead of latest technical developments
* Language skills: You are fluent in English. German is a plusPlease attach the following documents to your application:

* High school report Important information:

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
* You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
