About the team We are looking for talented individuals to join TikTok Shipping Central EU Operation team as a project intern. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze carrier operations performance (collection and delivery performance) and other logistics metrics highlighting key gaps versus targets; - To support carrier operations weekly business review; - To support solving operational issues between couriers and merchants; - Prepare ad-hoc reports on metrics, etc.; - Help with peak season preparations (forecasting, confirm courier capacity, etc.)

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualification(s) - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in supply chain, logistics, business operations, or a related discipline. Eligible to work in Germany, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 20 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis. - Able to start the internship from December 2026. - Possess data analysis skills and the ability to explain ideas clearly. - Have strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Fluent in German, English and Chinese in order to communicate with internal stakeholders from Mainland China, and external service providers in Germany. Preferred Qualification(s) - Currently pursuing a Master's degree, with preferred majors in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field. - Have a passion to learn about logistics operations
