Internship Marketing Support Product Launch Activities

Job Description

* During your internship you actively support our product launches by gathering relevant information and maintaining it on our central platform, then sharing it with our marketing colleagues in Europe and Asia.
* For sales communications, you prepare and tailor various presentation materials and product data to the target audience.
* Furthermore you continuously create and develop newsletter templates for product launches, based on the information you gather and maintain in our system.
* You are responsible for coordinating and maintaining our central marketing data source, primarily Microsoft SharePoint.
* When updating and maintaining product-related data such as launch dates, product descriptions, product names, and sales forecasts, you meticulously conduct quality checks

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

* Education: studies in the field of Business Administration or comparable
* Experience and Knowledge: prior internship experience or completed vocational training is desirable; proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Personality and Working Practice: you are able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely; you work independently and always maintain an overview of your tasks; you readily take responsibility for your results and proactively contribute to the team
* Work Routine: office attendance required
* Enthusiasm: you are enthusiastic about collaborating in diverse, international teams and possess strong analytical skills to understand complex issues
* Languages: fluent in English and good in German
