Your Role

* Conducting, evaluating, and presenting experiments related to photonic integrated circuits
* Evaluating achievable specifications using analytical methods
* Deriving critical system parameters based on an understanding of the system and the results
* Researching and evaluating relevant literature and commercially available solutions

Your Profile

* Enrolled in a Master's program in Physics, Photonics, Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or comparable and achieving outstanding academic results
* Experience in a photonics laboratory
* Knowledge in the field of integrated photonics or electro-optic modulators is a plus
* Excellent skills in organization, problem-solving, communication (English and/or German), and innovation
* A passion for innovation and enthusiasm for new technologies, as well as the motivation to work in agile, interdisciplinary teams
