"Business Innovation" is part of the "Mobile Wholesale" division within Telekom Deutschland GmbH, which serves all secondary and partner brands in the Telekom network. In the Business Innovation Team, we deal with the acquisition and inquiries of potential new brand partners who want to market mobile products under their own brand on the Deutsche Telekom network. In parallel, we are responsible for the mobile brands "EDEKA smart", "NORMA Connect", "KAUFLAND MOBIL" and "Bling mobile" and take on all sales & marketing activities.

Your tasks
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and support the marketing and sales team with the following responsible tasks from 01.06.2026:

* Involvement in the online presence of our brands (website, online shop and social media presences) including independent development and implementation of campaigns
* Collaboration in the conception and design of advertising materials (advertisements, newsletters, etc.) as well as online activities
* Planning and implementation of brand presence on the web and at the point of sale
* Active participation in market monitoring and analysis as well as in the follow-up of marketing measures
* Support in planning and implementing customer meetings and training
* Development of the customer journey and optimization of end customer processes

Your profile
Ideally, you are studying marketing, sales, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year. You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* First practical experience in marketing/sales is an advantage
* Interest in the German mobile communications market and ability to identify with the respective target groups of our mobile phone brands
* Practical experience in using professional social media channels
* Ability to work in a team, communication skills and an independent way of working
* Safe use of Office applications (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Very good German and English language skills
* Internship period: 6 months

This position is also available on a part-time basis.
