Responsibilities A) Operational Duties in Creator Management Business: - Formulation, execution, and effectiveness measurement of strategies for game live creator management. - Operation of creator communities aimed at enhancing engagement with creators. - Development of in-app features, content creation, and localization activities to support game live streaming activities. B) Planning, execution, effectiveness measurement, and bridging role for app internal events, as a member of the event development team: -Analyzing the needs and challenges of each creator segment to construct and implement app internal events that maximize growth opportunities

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualification(s) - Expected to work in the Tokyo office - Fluent in Japanese; Business-level proficiency in Chinese or English, as this role requires close communication and coordination with both China-based and overseas teams - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong interest and understanding of the live streaming industry, particularly game live creators - Experience in managing communities of creators Preferred Qualification(s) - Experience in the game live streaming industry - Experience in operating Discord - Ability to constantly grasp new gaming trends and generate ideas for live event planning - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in an international and diverse environment
