Team Introduction TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities - Source, screen and recommend candidates based on job descriptions, and conduct alignment calls to gauge candidate interest. - Manage end-to-end recruitment logistics including interview scheduling and feedback follow-up. - Develop and maintain recruitment channels, update job postings, and conduct talent market mapping and research. - Support HR data compilation and analytics, and contribute to exploring recruitment best practices

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualification(s) - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. - Strong cross-cultural awareness and inclusiveness. - Professional proficiency in Chinese, Japanese and Korean required, as the role involves collaborations with China teams and end-to-end recruiting across Japan and Korea. - Excellent communication and logical thinking skills, with the ability to gather information efficiently and extract key insights. Preferred Qualification(s) - Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings). - Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS) and candidate management systems. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Overseas study experience
