Key Responsibilities

* Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn, explore, and gain practical experience.

* Follow established procedures and safety standards in daily activities, with Safety as the top priority, followed by Quality and Delivery.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, actively participate in discussions, and present ideas or findings during periodic reviews.
* Participate in improvement projects and develop practical solutions to enhance maintenance and facility operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to learning.
* Ability to work effectively in a team, take initiative, and maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety.
* Basic understanding of maintenance and facility operations is an advantage.
* Familiarity with measurement tools and equipment.
* Ability to use engineering design and analysis software.
* Willingness to participate in improvement projects and contribute new ideas.
* Available for a full-time internship of at least six months.
* Willing to be based in Bandung, Indonesia, for the duration of the internship.
