Operations Intern - Work Process Improvement and Governance Deployment OPEN+

What You'll Do
* Analyze operational routines and identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements
* Map processes and gather requirements from stakeholders
* Consolidate information from multiple sources into structured outputs
* Design, develop, and prototype AI-enabled support tools
* Gather user feedback and continuously improve usability and effectiveness
* Present project outcomes, recommendations, and future improvement opportunities

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
* Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Management, or related fields
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of process mapping and requirements gathering
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Basic data visualization skills
* Strong interest in AI and prompt engineering
Nice-to-Have
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot or other AI productivity tools
* Basic understanding of manufacturing or operational management processes
* Ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions
