Job Purpose
Provide day-to-day administrative support for Order Management Solution Team

Key Tasks
* Under close guidance and supervision, provide administrative support on processes and activities for freight forwarding operation.
* Perform generally repetitive routine activity such as shipment document arrangement.
* Manage communication with internal stakeholder as required

Skills & Requirement
* Ms Office Suite specially Excel, Power Point and Outlook
* Well versed of written & verbal English
* Good time management and self-discipline
* Good communication skill

Qualifications & Key Requirements

Education Level: University students from any major in their last semesters
Experience Level: Candidate who has organizational experience and internship experience, specially in Freight Forwarding Company, will be highly valued
Internship Period: Ready to commit for 6-12 months internship period
