* Support end-to-end research projects, from problem framing and methodology design to insight generation and strategic recommendations
* Assist in designing comprehensive research materials, including surveys and discussion guides, to capture high-quality data
* Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify meaningful patterns, trends, and key insights that drive business decisions
* Synthesize complex findings into clear, structured insights and compelling storylines for various stakeholders
* Support the development of automated research reports, interactive dashboards, and executive presentations
* Collaborate with cross-functional team members to translate research insights into actionable business implications and strategies
* Assist in managing research execution, including survey deployment and basic respondent review, ensuring data integrity and quality
* Proactively explore and implement AI tools to enhance research efficiency and the depth of insight generation
Requisiti del candidato:
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Business, Statistics, or a related field; recent graduates or final-year students are welcome to apply
* Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel or similar tools is required
* Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities to handle complex data sets
* Basic understanding of quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies is a plus
* Familiarity with SQL, survey platforms, or statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R) is preferred
* Able to communicate effectively in English to facilitate discussions and collaborations across regional stakeholders
* Strong interest in consumer behavior, market research, and data-driven analysis
* High level of curiosity and adaptability in exploring new technologies and AI tools for research optimization
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to convey messages effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
