About the Role
The Front Desk Intern will gain hands-on experience in hotel operations, providing an excellent opportunity to develop customer service skills and learn front desk procedures in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Main Responsibilities
* Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures, providing information about the hotel and local area;
* Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally;
* Register guests and maintain accurate guest records;
* Respond to online reviews to ensure positive guest engagement;
* Coordinate with the housekeeping department to support smooth hotel operations.
