International Card Services: International Card Services (ICS) brings together our International Consumer, Small Business Services (SBS), and Middle and Large-Market Corporate segments. ICS issues products in 27 countries and is responsible for two Joint Ventures - AMEX (Middle East) B.S.C. (c) and American Express Saudi Arabia. The leaders in these countries are empowered to make decisions at a local level, whilst being supported by two central cross-market teams - the Centre of Excellence, and Governance & Control.
About Role: An intern will be offered an opportunity to be involved in macro area of the Product business: product benchmarking, marketing / servicing communication review, product development and support on portfolio analysis.
The intern will be introduced to many tools and systems that will help the intern grow professionally and in addition the intern will be in contact with internal stakeholder (local/central teams) to support Commercial Product Team from different Business Units (Communication, Customer Servicing, Compliance, Sales).
In detail an Intern will work to analyze payment system scenario and competition, support and work closely with Account and Servicing teams and communication team too to correctly review Commercial assets and providing support on many internal processes for the effective "go to market" launch, extract and analyze reports for Corporate and Small Business Products
Requisiti del candidato:
* Project management skills
* Strong knowledge of Office Applications (Excel and PPT)
* Meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, communication skills, proactively solve problems
* Analytical skills
* English fluent
