The Product Coordination Officer benefits from a large autonomy and a good knowledge of third-party providers and of the Group in carrying out its missions.

The trainee will contribute in:
* Support the coordination and implementation of funds events (Launch, Liquidation, Merger, Reshape…)
* Support to organize meeting with the different stakeholders of the project
* Project management
* Identification & tracking of risks and issues, proposing mitigations on all projects
* Advise Portfolio Management, Marketing and product specialists teams on the technical and operational feasibility of the projects
* Responsible for the update of the product database
* Sending the technical information needed to carry out the operations (Fund features, cash and securities accounts, ISIN codes)
* Support in any other task that will be allocated to him/her

Critères candidat

Niveau d'études minimum

Bac + 4 / M1

Formation / Spécialisation

* Enrolled in a Business School / University with a specialization in Market Finance / Asset Management
* Basic knowledge of the functioning of investment funds
* Good knowledge of Excel functions & self-intuitive in the use of the Internet and new technologies
* Interpersonal skills, ability to put things into perspective, anticipation, pragmatism, autonomy
* Rigor and team spirit
* Fluent in English and ideally in French
