We are looking for an intern to join our Corporate Real Estate team!

Position Overview
Assist in planning and coordinating various administrative business operations towards achieving internal operational excellence in support of Malaysia office. Vendor management and ensure all SLAs are met and office facilities are maintained in good condition at all times.

Job Description:
* Welcome visitors in warm and friendly manner and address any questions visitors have by referring them to the right officers/staff.
* Ensure all the documents/mails received are distributed to the respective staff or department within the same day.
* Control inventory relevant to reception area.
* Keep and maintain the reception area tidy.
* Manage and handle order of pantry items and sundries.
* Manage/arrange dispatch every morning.
* Manage courier Citylink and DHL.
* Stock check and order for letterhead and stationery.
* Assist to accompany vendors during servicing of equipment.
* Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
* Responsible for post / mail room management, stationary management, pantry management, cleaning supervision, confidential bin management etc.
* Assist in managing of security access card - office master access card and building - mail room access card and mail room key, storeroom key, key box and remote second glass door.
* Assist in oversee physical security and monitor internal systems (such as card access system, CCTV surveillance system,) to ensure prescribed and approved procedures are followed.
* Direct and monitor day to day management of workplace resources service providers and functions
* Administration of contracts to support business requirements and handle vendor management for procurement to ensure the quality of services delivered within budget and timeline.

Key Skills and Requirements:
* Currently pursuing Degree or professional qualification or equivalent in Office Administration / Human Resources / Business Administration.
* Good team player with internal and external partners.
* Knowledge of landlord operations, aptitude for contract negotiation, management, and enforcement of terms
* Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong and Proficiency, especially in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint.
* Team player and willingness to learn, improve and adapt.
