Industrial Internship - Physical Failure Analysis

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Perform basic electrical and physical failure analysis, such as curve trace, emission test, optical/electron microscopy analysis, scanning acoustic analysis, package/wafer level deprocessing, etc.
* Carry out improvement projects on failure analysis process/technique and write comprehensive technical report
* Assist engineers in daily failure analysis tasks

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Bachelor degree in engineering (electronics/ microelectronics/ material/ chemical) or science / applied science (material/ physics/ chemistry)
* Minimum CGPA: 3.0
