We are hiring a Quality Intern to join our team in Cd. Juárez.

What you can expect as a Quality Intern:
* Support Supplier Quality Engineers in supplier approval and PPAP activities.
* Assist in investigating supplier quality issues using 8D and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
* Analyze quality data and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Participate in supplier performance monitoring and follow-up activities.
* Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Suppliers.
* Support the maintenance of quality documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans, and inspection records.
* Assist in identifying opportunities to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
* Gain hands-on experience in supplier quality management within the automotive industry.
Your Profile as a Quality Intern
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related fields).
* University insurance or medical insurance.
* Advanced English proficiency.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Results-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
