Your Tasks

* Dar seguimiento a la operación de servicios (flotilla, transporte, comedor y uniformes)
* Apoyar en la gestión de mantenimientos y auditorías de unidades
* Coordinar comunicación entre usuarios y proveedores
* Dar seguimiento a incidencias y solicitudes de servicio
* Apoyar en control administrativo (facturación, órdenes de compra, presupuesto)
* Participar en encuestas de satisfacción y seguimiento de resultados
* Apoyar en proyectos de mejora (cambio de flotilla y sistema de uniformes)
* Realizar seguimiento a KPIs de proveedores

Your Profile

* Estudiante de Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Psicología Organizacional o afín
* Excel intermedio-avanzado (indispensable) y Power BI (deseable)
* Inglés intermedio
* Proactivo/a, organizado/a y con alta orientación al servicio
* Buen manejo de comunicación.
* Capacidad de resolución de problemas y seguimiento
* Disponibilidad mínima de 6 meses (ideal 1 año)
* Seguro facultativo vigente
