In this role, you will support project tracking and follow-up, contribute to continuous improvement processes, and assist in risk and opportunity assessments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams to drive successful project outcomes and enhance customer satisfactio

* Currently studying in the last semester or recently graduated.
* Background in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
* Strong willingness to learn and contribute in a dynamic engineering environment.
* Basic knowledge of mechanical design and testing processes is a plus
* Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
* Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
* Interest in continuous improvement and innovation.
* Good organizational and communication skills.

Requisiti del candidato:

* Participate in generating cost reduction ideas and support feasibility reviews of new concepts.
* Assist in redesigning mechanical components and preparing test plans for component qualification.
* Support project tracking and follow-up to ensure timely progress.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes, products, and system designs through lessons learned feedback.
* Assist in conducting risk and opportunity assessments for assigned projects.
