Position Summary
The Production Intern will support manufacturing operations by assisting in process analysis, documentation control, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role focuses on understanding operational workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization, and contributing to the design and implementation of efficient solutions. The intern will collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to support process standardization and technical documentation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills while gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Basic knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) tools
* Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
* Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
* Strong communication skills, with a responsible and professional attitude
* Interest in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
* Currently enrolled from the 6th semester onward
* Active student in a related field (Engineering or similar)
* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
* Proactive, well-organized, and eager to learn
Position Overview
The Production Intern will analyze and understand operational processes within the assigned area, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation and sustainment of process enhancements. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining process documentation and control systems.
The role also involves supporting the design and modeling of fixtures in 3D, creating manufacturing drawings, and developing process documentation related to these components. The intern will collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve process efficiency, ensure accuracy of technical documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
