Responsibilities: As a Logistics Operations Intern, you will support the EU logistics operations team with daily operation monitoring, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Support last-mile logistics operations across DE markets, including courier delivery and reverse logistics - Assist in monitoring end-to-end logistics performance, tracking key operational KPIs such as delivery timeliness, cancellation rate, and exception rate - Help analyze operational issues and identify root causes, prepare reports and insights to support solution design - Support coordination with logistics providers (3PLs, couriers) and internal teams to follow up on operational issues and improvements - Assist in SOP documentation, data analysis, and operational process optimization projects

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree at university (WO or HBO), eligible to work in Netherlands, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 16 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis; - Data analysis and explaining ideas clearly; - Interpersonal and communication skills; - Fluent in English. Speaking German languages is a plus as this role is for the Germany market Preferred Qualifications: - Preferred majors in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field; - Passion to learn about logistics operations
