We are looking for a current student or recent graduate to join our Group Treasury Operating Office in Poland to:

- support Group Treasury functions by maintaining the tools, data and information to deliver business objectives;

- assist in tracking, mitigating and escalating non-financial risks within Group Treasury;

- ensure that best practice procedures, controls and process integrity are maintained;

- collaborate across Group Treasury functions and key stakeholders to support business initiatives and strategic priorities;

- contribute to improving processes, efficiency and the adoption of new technologies, including AI enabled tools.

The team

Group Treasury is responsible for the efficient management of the firm's financial resources. Our mandate encompasses the management, control and optimization of capital, liquidity, funding and inter-group engagements across the bank and its legal entities.

You will be part of the Group Treasury COO team, collaborating with our partner functions to ensure our Capital, Liquidity & Funding capabilities continue to operate effectively across the organization globally.

Your Skills And Experience

- At an early stage of professional career, for example a recent graduate or a current student (Bachelor's or Master's)

- Interest in developing knowledge of Treasury topics such as capital & liquidity, interest rate risk management, Money Market products, Repo, Bonds and cleared/OTC derivatives

- Quick learner, critical thinker and results driven

- Organizational and project management skills

- Interest in automation tools, developing AI and digital capabilities, with curiosity to explore how AI can improve and optimize workflows while applying sound judgment, validating outputs, and adhering to policies, risk standards, and ethical use principles.
