Job Purpose

Join our team as an Intern in Sourcing and Procurement!

Job Description

* Making sure all the information necessary for issuing the inquiry is available,
* Checking if purchasing conditions are applicable to the project and if not, reports to the Project Procurement Manager,
* Expediting bids,
* Negotiation with the short listed / selected supplier,
* Preparing the purchase order documents in due time and checks for quality,
* Continuously communicating order status with internal stakeholders, and ensure accuracy of system data.

Requirements:

* Ability to work in a team environment,
* Giving and taking constructive feedback well,
* Maintaining a high professional standard and promote good team dynamics,
* Ability to handle dynamic work environments.
* Good communication skills.
