Location: Poland, Wrocław

Our Team is an R&D department responsible for developing Layer 1 (physical layer) software for 5G and LTE. The team designs and maintains radio signal processing algorithms and optimizes them for different hardware platforms. It works closely with system and test teams, directly impacting network performance and quality.

* Assist in cross-functional team troubleshooting and implementing solutions for improved debuggability/traceability methods
* Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and improve network efficiency through problem-solving

Requisiti del candidato:

Must-Have:
* Active student status
* Good English, both spoken and written
* Willingness to work full-time during the summertime
* Passion for learning and professional development in telecommunications
* General interest in communication technologies (protocols, stacks and interfaces).
* Strong, analytical mindset with continuous learning attitude when facing complex problems
Nice-to-Have: 
* Basic coding skills
* Basic knowledge of Telecommunication technologies (4G LTE, 5G)
