Logistics and Customs Support - Working Student (Wrocław)

Location: Wroclaw, hybrid
Global R&D Laboratories organization is looking for a Customs Clearance and Logistics Working Student for the Laboratory Operations team in Wroclaw. You will work closely with a local Laboratory team and cooperate with the lab teams in other countries at 18 sites.

* Cooperate and conduct negotiations with Customs Office and Compliance Management
* Manage customs issues like customs duties, and VAT, and cooperate with external Customs Agencies
* Handle ECCN procedure (cooperation with internal and external partners, ABW reporting)
* Import/ export issues
* Transport companies locally and across the world

Requisiti del candidato:

You have:
* Status of a student of Logistics, Finance, or equivalent education
* Very good communication in English (both written and spoken)
* Very good communication in Polish ( both written and spoken)
* Experience in logistics matters, coordination, and related financial aspects
* Ability to closely cooperate with external suppliers and subcontractors
It would be nice if you also had:
* Knowledge of Incoterms
* Customs issues like customs duties, VAT, cooperation with external Customs Agencies
