This Position reports to:IS Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive TMS PMO Intern to support a global Transport Management System (TMS) implementation program within Electrification. This is a multi-year initiative involving multiple pilot projects across different countries.

Responsibilities
* Provide PMO and administrative support to the TMS program
* Track and monitor open tasks and project progress
* Support Project Managers in daily activities
* Maintain and update project trackers and documentation
* Coordinate communication and send follow-ups to stakeholders

Requirements
* Active student status
* Interest or basic knowledge of project management
* Good organizational and communication skills
* Very good English (Polish not required)
* Ability to work in a structured and proactive way

Nice to Have
* Knowledge of transport or logistics processes
* Familiarity with TMS systems (e.g. SAP S/4 HANA)
