The Accessories and Lifestyle area drives Aftersales business growth by enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the BMW/MINI dealer network.

What awaits you?

*
Supporting preparation of reports and presentations (mainly in Excel and PowerPoint) and assisting in monitoring ongoing projects and rollout activities

*
Supporting communication with dealers and internal stakeholders, as well as helping in creation and updating of instructions, guidelines and documentation

*
Supporting market analysis and data collection, including monitoring selected processes and basic KPI tracking

*
Providing organizational support for meetings, workshops and trainings

*
Assisting in digitalization and process improvement initiatives

What should you bring along?

*
Student status (preferred fields: business, logistics, IT, management or similar) and availability to work approx. 30 - 40 hours per week (flexible to fit studies)

*
Basic analytical and organizational skills, with good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

*
Polish (fluent) and English (min. B2)

*
Motivation to learn and interest in digital processes / automotive industry

*
Basic understanding of IT systems or business processes, and first experience in corporate environment or student projects
