## Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader We pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people. ## Your mission, roles and responsibilities As a Trainee FES (Faurecia Excellence System) and Productivity Engineer, you will support the implementation of operational excellence initiatives while gaining hands-on experience across production, lean management, and productivity improvement activities. Support FES Excellence Initiatives Support the deployment of FES standards and continuous improvement actions within the plant Assist in implementing standardized work and lean manufacturing practices Participate in FES training sessions and improvement workshops Contribute to lead time reduction and continuous flow improvement projects Support the deployment and monitoring of digital tools such as NEO, DMC, and mLean Help collect and analyze operational data Participate in sharing plant best practices Support Productivity & Waste Reduction Projects Identify productivity improvement opportunities within plant operations Participate in productivity workshops and continuous improvement activities Support waste reduction, cycle time improvement, and bottleneck analysis initiatives Monitor KPIs and support action plan follow-up Participate in problem-solving activities related to scrap and yield improvement Contribute to Continuous Improvement Culture Promote lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational excellence projects Support communication and engagement around FES initiatives Contribute to operational performance improvement initiatives ## Your profile and competencies to succeed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Strong interest in manufacturing operations, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement First experience in a production or industrial environment through internships or academic projects is a plus Basic understanding of process improvement and KPI monitoring Good communication and teamwork skills Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic environment Interest in change management and operational excellence Basic understanding of operational and business performance indicators is a plus Fluent English skills, both written and spoken Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of lean manufacturing tools is a plus ## What we can do for you * At Forvia, you will find an engaging and dynamic environment where you can contribute to the development of sustainable mobility leading technologies. * We are the seventh-largest global automotive supplier, employing more than 157,000 people in more than 40 countries which makes a lot of opportunity for career development. * We welcome energetic and agile people who can thrive in a fast-changing environment.
