This role is designed for a currently enrolled university student with technology affinity, supporting systems, data, and daily service activities while learning on the job.

We are looking for a motivated student who would like to join our Technology team and would be able to work around 20 hours per week!

Your Key Responsibilities

* Provide hands-on, on-site support within the Global Service Desk team in Prague
* Perform administrative and operational tasks, including data clean-up and maintenance
* Work daily with systems, applications, and datasets
* Support day-to-day activities for team members
* Take ownership of tasks and proactively learn processes and tools on the job

What You'll Bring to the Role

* Current enrolment in a local university (final year or one year before graduation)
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
* Strong interest in technology and confidence working with systems and data
* Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently in an on-site environment
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong communication skills
